No I mean have a pic of her on my homescreen like a pic frame ya know like a wallpaper then a picture frame of her

You can download desktop visualizer from the marketplace. It is an app to make custom icons. I for instance use it to have a fullscreen pic of my gf that also links to her contact page when pressed.
