Droid 2 other carrier

Hi guys
I bought Droid 2 (Verizon carrier) and sent it to Uzbekistan for my brother. He took it to CDMA carrier whith CDMA 2000, 2000 1X, 2000 1XEV, 2000 3X... also [FONT=Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]450, 700, 800, 900, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2100Mhz..

However, its not working in their network. Their specialists could not do anything or just did not do.. Is there any ways that will make it work in that carrier?:motdroidhoriz:

I don't believe a cdma carriers phone will work on any other cdma carriers network. I don't think they're all interoperable like that, they're not like gsm networks.
