Droid 2 Global Music Player

At completely random moments, my Droid 2 Global's music player will activate. This even occurs when the phone is not being used. It's become a real problem because I will just be walking and my phone will start playing music. I removed all music from my phone, but the music player still activates and this is a big problem when watching videos because it makes me lose my place in the video. I purchased this phone in December, and just noticed this problem about three weeks ago. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
