Droid 2 G sim unlock assistance

Good day everybody!

Short question to somebody willing to assist with Droid 2 Global sim unlock..
Purchased the phone via ebay a while ago, have been trying to unlock it through purchased codes with no luck. While in the States tried getting to Verizon store for same procedure but again no luck as I am not US citizen yet..

If somebody out there is willing to get 1 more phone registered on their account in order to be unlocked - your help would be extremely appreciated!

I have unlocked my Droid2 Global but I get no signal, can't make calls or recieve texts even though I changed settings to GSM. I'm using a Mexican Telcel SIM Card.
