Is there a way to change or fix an ESN on a droid 2?

There is no way to change the ESN on a phone. That number is with the phone for its entire life.

And by fix what do you mean? The most common thing I see when a customer comes into the store is they bought a phone from another person and they never properly deactivated the phone. If someone suspends a line the phone is still considered "active" until they put a new phone on that line or they completely cancel the line. And even then it doesnt become "clean" until after the last billing cycle.
