Droid 2 Camera Focus

I have a Droid 2, not rooter or any of that fun stuff. Whenever I try to take a picture with the, the camera will not focus, even with holding the picture-taking button half way down for a second or two. Any thoughts?

This didn't happen to my D2 but did to my sisters. After looking around online and SBF, she ended up having to take it back to VZW. Thankfully it was still under warranty, but they said it was faulty hardware. Not sure if its the same problem for you, but that's how she had to fix hers. Hope that helps.

Yup, I ended up doing the same thing, getting it replaced under warranty.

Whoever is in charge of this stuff can close/delete this thread if they wish.
