Droid 2.2.20 update????

My wife got Droid 2 5 days ago and today received update for 2.2.20. Didn't realized from reading all the different sites that this was coming. Was this the update version to add flash? or is this something different and if so, what. I have Droid X so haven't been following updates on Droid 2, so that's why I don't know.

There is a second 2.2 update to introduce flash to the market
