Droid 1 stuck "subrooted", looking to reroot

Quick and simple:

Rooted Droid 1 when in 2.2
Installed OTA update to 2.2.1 (like a fool from what I've read)
Phone still shows Superuser Permissions
Root apps, such as ShootMe, say I'm not rooted
Z4root fails both when I try to root or try to unroot in phone's current condition
Never flashed a ROM or anything, used root access strictly for ShootMe

What I'm looking to do:
Return phone to stock everything (OS version unimportant)
Root the phone again so I can get ShootMe to work again
