Droid 1 Clean esn (How much should i expect to pay)

What is a reasonable amount to pay for a clean esn Droid 1 from ebay...I'm sure plenty of people have an idea, I going to be new to VZN but want to wait 6-8 mo before a phone I really like comes out so I want something in the mean time. Any help is greatly appreciated!
