How to check droid esn clean?

I'm currently trying to buy a droid off of ebay, and the seller gave me the esn but i have no idea how to check. I've called them verizon serveral times and it never seems to go as planned. If anyone could help me that would be great. thanks

ive always just called customer service and told them im planning on buying a phone off ebay and would like to check the ESN/MEID and never had any issues.


if that doesnt work you might want to try and call a store directly.
