Driving GPS Apps

I am a truck driver and i was wondering if there was any apps for the droid that can track mileage and record the miles when i enter a different state?

You could try SpeedView, then go in settings and check off "run in back ground". This app gives alot of info for being free. Im sure it will hurt your battery life.
