Driod gmail picture sixe suddenly to large?

I have been sending pictures with my Droid from my Gallery using Gmail for some time. Now all of a sudden it is saying the picture is to large! Anyone else having this problem or that can help me?

I checked my phone and it shows I have 14.02GB available on SD card and 36.74MB on Internal Phone Storage. Any other ideas? Has Gmail changed their limits you think?

I too have a similar problem regarding sending videos, although I have never been able to att all in the 6 weeks I have had the Incredible..I changed the pixel to the minimum and get same respons...file too big..

also How do I check on SD card capacity or Internal Phone Storage capacity?

Thanks...I know this is basic stuff compared to what I see but I'm just getting the hang of the...I'm 75 with one eye and need a helper with patience. thanks
