Downloading video from droid

I recorded some video on my Droid Ally and I am having problems downloading it with its audio. I can connect and mount droid and go to DCIM and copy the pictures and video I shot. When I paste it on my PC the video plays but there is no sound. When I play them in my gallery on the phone there is sound and video. Am I missing something? Will dropbox help?

Sounds like you need to install some sort of plugin for your player on your PC. What are you using to play the video?

I am using windows media player. The file is saved as 3GPP Audio/Video (.3gp) on my PC
