Thanks to XDA member mwalt2, we now have the new radios from the Android 4.2.2 (JDQ39) update available for download.
There hasn't been much testing thus far so it's tough to tell what kind of difference these can make in network connectivity, battery life, etc.
You can flash this over any ROM but make sure you make a backup first just in case. You can flash the .zip in recovery just like any other .zip file.
As always, flash at your own risk.
