I believe that model device has 168 ..But I could be wrong..also if I'm not mistaken its CPU is Around 600 MHz? Anyway I wouldn't be too sure as it runs time UI..And I have heard some things about it playing nicely only with donut..1.6..which is stock ( I think) not a bad device for its time. But I would google the phone and check there for the options of root and freezing some of the bloat to give you some more use of the ram. That won't increase but you may be able to push it close to 800 or so which will be a noticeable difference in speed and usability ...hope this helps....

hi...about 2 years ago i got my first droid...the original droid from motorola, on verizon. I have loved that phone. Hooked on the android os. I don't think i even posted here, then. But now i will introduce myself. I just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and couldn't be happier. What an awesome phone. I know this is the place to get so much info that i need, if i have an issue. Hope y'all had an awesome New Year!!!
