dolphin browse data connect problems

This just started happening recently and no matter what I do...it wont stop giving me the data connect pop up. like the whole page loads fine... just I keep getting the annoying pop up every time I go on certain websites.

I just downloaded dolphin browser today so I can have something to snatch youtube video and am having problems as well. It seems to get stuck loading pages.
