Does Tranquility make changes to the bootloader?

I have been using Rubix for a while and decided to try Tranquility. I backed up my phone, wiped, and installed Tranq. I didn't like it so I did a restore. I got my Rubix back, but I still get the Tranq splash screen when my phone boots.
I no longer get the "M" logo at all. As soon as I turn my phone on, I get Tranq, then it boots into Rubix.
I have never seen a rom do this. Is it normal?

No, the X has a locked bootloader. So no changes.

Edit: if you mean boot logo, yes, probably, but you can just change that back, there is a thread on here with boot logos.

There are a couple Roms that change the bootlogo where it will remain even if you switch to another rom. Tranquility and Liberty ...

In the Liberty toolbox there is feature that allows you to change the bootlogo back to stock.
