Does it take time for Gmail account Password to change?

i recently got locked out of my lg vortex, and couldn't remember my gmail password. so i reset it, and entered that. but it still said incorrect password. does it take a second to change? please help.

It shouldn't. Try hitting the REFRESH button.

Who knows. But Gmail password issues can be hell.

I'd start over with the "forgot my password" again. Good luck.
