Does anyone know what this is?

In the picture below, the camera the zoo photographer is using, is being supported by what looks like a camera stand. I am wondering if this is something we can use with out phones. I didn't notice it when I took the picture, and never saw it before..

Nevermind, I just realized that's a pole holding up the ropes for the walkway. In the picture it looks it is supporting the camera, but it's really in the background. Something small and portable like this would be very useful tho ..

Yep. You can get those free in LA or any big city on Friday and Saturday nights. They usually come in red, but you could probably find other colors. Just get a running start towards the front door of a popular club and grab the rope on your run by, you might get two.
