Does anyone know if theres a way to put a screen lock on the internet?

Ok so i tried figuring out how to put a screen lock or password on the web browser but i couldnt. does anyone know how you do that? or if you even can. i really need one. "someone" likes going though my web history.

There are apps that block/lock apps. I dont use them, so I dont know their names.
