Does anyone know about the shipping delay? I've been waiting 2 weeks already.

I ordered the Droid X two weeks ago and still they are saying it will be 8/23 before it is shipped. What is the deal? Verizon keeps delaying my shipping! So what is the exact shipping date? Does anyone know!?
