I have to be honest: my first concern about the X when pondering over whether or not to go with it, the 2, or the Incredible was the size. I don't have big hands, and using the X pretty much necessitates both hands for me.
After about 45 minutes of going over all my options, the first one I eliminated was the Incredible (less storage; if I wanted 8 MP camera, might as well go X to get HD as well). Then I eliminated the 2, because while it's smaller, I decided I didn't want the physical keyboard that much, plus it was a fair bit heavier than the X.
I'm used to it. The time I used to own an Archos media player and hold it frequently probably helped me adjust quickly. And it makes for one hell of a talking point whenever you whip it out in front of others.
