HTC lost a patent infringement case against Nokia, and soon HTC One and other new HTC products are going to be banned in UK, Germany, US, Italy, Japan France and Netherlands. So get your HTC as soon as possible before it runs out! I guess the demand for these HTC banned phones will also increase as the stock is removed from the stores.

Ya definitely, and very soon they are going to get wiped out from the stores. If you want to get it buy them now, and may be you can resell them later at a good price, as of course their off market value will rise to the masses.
It will depend on how things are worded. When Samsung lost its ability to sell their Tab in Europe the way it was worded was they weren't allowed to sell any that came from European distribution centers. The sellers just had to get their product from non European distribution centers, Samsung simply sent their products already there to other centers, the end user customer was never adversely affected.
