Do Me A Favor For A Google Voice Invite

I am away from the computer for a few days and need a quick photoshop favor. I will send u a google voice invite for ur help. The link below is a background I want resized. It seems to be sized for a 3 screen homescreen setup. I am using 4 screens. The 4th screen looks bad because halfway threw the 4th screen the background starts over. I want it to continue across all 4 screens like its supposed to. Please don't resize or blow up in a way that it will look blurry or loose resolution. Please let me know if u have ne questions.

Check my gallery and see if that works for you? Note the original image does not scale correctly to the required 960x854, but I use 5 home screens and it seems to work ok for me.

O.P. - a couple of weeks ago I offered a GV invite if someone could make me a simple Pittsburgh Penguins wallpaper. From the responses I got I was a pig for wanting something in return and I should be more sensitive about things like asking for something in return. Hey Specmac it did not work. Its still the same when I have to crop it to set it as my background. When I crop it it is not long enough. It does not allow me to drag it longer. Could someone try to cut a little off the top long ways

The image I created is actually long enough. It's not tall enough. The standard wall paper size is 960x854. The image I created is 960x600. I do not crop the image at all when I set it as a wall paper.

I think there's something else going on with your phone. What home screen are you using? I'd suggest trying to set it as the wall paper from the default home screen or try setting with out cropping it.

I am using home++ it gets cut off at the 4th screen and then starts over again.

I figured it out I think. I went into the home++ screen settings part n turned off looping screens and it looks good. I liked the looping screens though. Now when I get to screen 4 I have to manually do back lect instrad of going to the right and getting back to 1

Trying one more time. I was able to scale the image to 960x854. Finally found a scaling algorithm that didn't create anomalies when scaling without the aspect ratio locked.

Just ignore the idiots. It isn't like you were selling it for cash on eBay, just asking someone to do a little favor.

I gave my invites away to people who wrote amusing posts when they requested them.

What I think is rude is all the people who just post "me too's" when someone requests an invite.

Just my 2 c., I actually thought this was an inventive use of Google Voice(tm) invites. You needed a favor, and you had an incentive with the GV invite. I see nothing wrong with that. It's your invite to give and you should do it as you see fit.

Kind of like the post the the OP used to get his GV invite? Guys, it's very simple, when someone sends you an invite just because they had one... pay it forward.

Just an FYI. I don't need, nor did I expect, a GV invite. I received one from another forum member. I jumped in on this thread just to try and help another forum member. I have no problem with the OP offering to do a favor for a favor. This is a "you scratch my back and I'll scratch your's" kind of scenrio. This is a positive approach in my opinion and I have no problem with it.

In the future, when I get GV invites, I do plan to "pay it forward" in this forum.
