As much as id love to have everything in one device I have too much music.
I am a musician with 33 gigs of music.

Im curious. Do you use your droid as your primary music player?
What is the reason? Capacity, preference, other?

I have a 32GB iphone 3gs as my personal phone/device.

A droid is my work phone.

I also have a 160GB ipod classic

And a 16GB 5th gen Nano.

And an ipod touch.

I use all of them for different reasons, but I also have around 80gigs of music and around 400 movies on my Mac, so I can use all the space I can get ;) Not to mention about 6k pics and whatnot.

Never had a music player before... Never even Ripped a CD to my hard drive until I started loading music on the Droid.

I'm definitely Old School... Still have a couple old 8 Track players in the basement...
Four Channel (Quadraphonic) stuff from the 70s on 8 Track ELP, Jethrto Tull, Jeff Beck, Etc.

I have a 16GB black ZuneHD / will prob get the 32 or 64Gb version soon and give the 16GB to the wife... why?
> Better screen / OLED need I say more?
> Dedicated device for video and music
and the number 1 reason.....
> If It's stolen I would be upset, but not destroyed...

If I want apps I use my Droid...
If I want music and video, I'll use the ZuneHD.
Plus the interface on the ZuneHD is sexy as all h3ll...

I have over 1.2 Terabytes of music and I only use my Droid as a mobile player . I don't like to carry 2 devices , and when I get bored of the playlist I loaded on the phone I can listen to Slacker , Pandora or DroidLive

Hey CBL...

I see you are a musician from Philly... are you in the musicians union? I know a couple guys... I think both of them play brass... horn, trombone.

I haven't touched my 8gb Zune since I got my droid. With Pandora and Rhapsody I haven't needed it.

Until the headunit manufactures build in Android controlability and I can afford that headunit, I will have to stick with my Touch.

I still use my ipod for music because the headphone jack on my droid sucks. If anything jiggles the headphone wire in the slightest it makes noise.

I still use my Zune 120 since it has way more storage. I occasionally use my Droid's music app, but I mainly use Slacker. If my car radio was bluetooth capable, I could see myself using my Droid slightly more, but it's too much of a hassle to use the Droid with an audio and charging cable plugged in.
