DNA goes to sleep mode while using phone - won't wake up without hanging up

So far I love my DNA phone but when I go on a work conference call and put it on mute - the phone goes to sleep - fine - but when i need to take it off mute, I can't get the phone to wake up. The only button that does anything is the power button - which then hangs up the call. I've had similar issues trying to wake it up when using bluetooth in the car. Any suggestions on how to wake the phone up after falling into sleep mode?

Go to Settings> Accessibility then un-check >Power button ends call
