DLNA issues on Bionic

I can open up the DLNA app on the bionic with no problems however when I turn on the wifi and reopen the app it force closes everytime. I'm rooted with no custom rom and the only third party app that I would figure would mess with it is LBE security and have removed it. Still no luck, any ideas?

I have a D2 and if I try to open DLNA without WIFI being on, I get a pop up that tells me WIFI is off, I hit OK and am taken to the settings to enable WIFI, same thing on my Droid Charge.

What do you see when you open the app with WIFI not turned on?

After getting the update for the bionic unrooting, rerooting I open up the dlna app and it works flawlessly.
