Display brightness won't save..

I am using the fission ROM and running the gingerbread theme with new transitions. I usually keep my display brightness a little above zero. But everytime I reboot my fone, the brightness goes back to 0. Why does it do this. My fone with the original motoblur os wudnt do that so why is this fission rom gingerbread theme doing this?

It seems that this could be a bug on the gingerbread theme which is annoying. Am I wrong? Does this happen to other ppl?

It happens to me and it is annoying.

It appears to be the theme that did it. I went back to 2.6.1 without the theme and it was much better.

If that's an ADW theme you can save/backup your settings in ADW's preferences, that may put a stop to it.
