I'd assume because of the Disney tie-in. Well, that or the $0.99 worth of "free" coins it comes with. I get the feeling that the $0.99 is for the "free" coins, which in that case aren't really "free".

No lag on mine, either (stock 5.9.905, only modification is root)

This Disney covered app runs better on the Bionic then the original Temple Run. No Lag!!!
