disabling Voice Commands

I'm a little tired of the Voice Commands opening up whenever I accidentally tap the Home key a second time. I can't see myself ever using this application, so I don't care if I can't get it back. Does anyone know of an app or a menu setting that can disable/uninstall this?

You can't get rid of it you can only change the behavior of the button.

Menu - settings - applications, double tap home launch.
