Disabling network connection

Is there a way to disable the main connection? 3G sometimes goes into its own world...grrrrrf..lol..

Maybe try an app like switcher pro widget, pretty sure there are toggles for disabling data, etc.

I found out. Its *#*#info#*#* on the dial pad.
