Disabled Voicemail app and can't get it back. HELP!

Ok so I accidentally disabled my voicemail app and now I can't turn it back on. On other apps that have been disabled you can just click turn on, but it's not giving me that option in the voicemail app.

Any help is appreciated!

Make/model phone? Carrier? Is this for regular voice mail or visual voice mail? Can you tell us what you did to try to turn it back on? Are you attempting this through application manager? What does it do when you click the enable/disable button? (or is it greyed out?)
Hang in there and someone should be able to help you figure this out.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon. Sorry I thought I posted it in the note 3 section. Ha. Attempted through application manager and it's greyed out. It's visual voice mail but the app is just called voice mail. I have screen shots but it won't let me post them on here through my phone. =(

UPDATE.... so after talking to verizon, they told me I would have to factory reset... I did NOT like that option, haha. so I did way more research, and after discovering instead of just searching for voice mail apk, to search for what version it was.. then I found this link:

Verizon basic (free) visual voicemail - xda-developers

and wah-la, downloaded the apk and now its back up and running.

Seriously such a pain tho but if anyone else does this, then there's your answer.

Thanks for posting back with how you fixed it, Chelsea, so you're experience might benefit others as well. :)

Sweet. This same thing happen on my wifes s5 and was told factory reset was the only way. Your resolution worked great for her. Thanks!

Or you could just setup Google voice in hangouts for "visual voicemail".

Glad you're issue was resolved though.
