dinc 2.2

any one know if the dinc took a 2.2 upgrade . friend of mine called in a panic, she saw a few andys running around the bottom of screen. went back all data gone, she also was not synced so lost everything, we are in newengland. also the sd card was wiped, i think the husband thought he new what he was doing and took a format. thats all i can think.

any thoughts?

Yes, they are running 2.2. It sounds to me like the phone was restored back to factory.
