Different ring for a contact on Redmi 5

Hello everybody,
When I bought my Xiaomi Redmi 5, the seller promised me I could attribute a different ring to each contact.
Was he wrong?
Curiously enough, many people need somebody tells them to modify the contact to attribute him/her a ring.
So, I can reassure you, I had the idea.
On the Redmi 5, by default, the contact has many text fields, but no ring field.
There is no button in the down right corner of the contact modification form.
The contextual menu, with the "..." button, proposes to inactivate the vocal messaging for that contact, to suppress the contact, to block him, to share him, or to attribute him a default SIM card to call him (the phone embarks two SIM cards). According to where the contact is saved, less options can be available.
So I tried to install RingDroid, and I was answered that that application was not installed because it is not compatible with my phone.
The version of Android is 15.
Is anybody able to tell me more?

Welcome and hello, I'm not familiar with your phone and traffic here at the forum is limited so I doubt any Xiomi users. I would check XDA forums where you can find more support for your specific device

Hello,
Oh, thank you, I ignored such a thing existed.
At least there is a section about the model.
I shall now have to take the time to discover whether I have to discover "Guides, News and Discussion", or "Questions and Answers".

Sorry about my strange sentence ...

No apologies needed just want to guide you to the best place you might be able to resolve your issue. XDA has a more broad audience as well as they cover more phones.

Thank you :)
Well I meant that with a little more time I could have told «I shall now have to determine whether the best place to go is "Guides, News and Discussion", or "Questions and Answers".»
And perhaps it will be read one and then ask a question in the other.
