if you read my problem with my droid x2 you will clearly see that this is a different problem with a different phone...
i have dropped my phone multiple times (clumsy girl probss) and today i dropped it screen down on my wood floor (from chair height) and the battery fell out so i put it back in and tried to start it and nothing happened, then i plugged it in to the charger and tried to start it and the home keys lit up but nothing else. and then sometimes the back light lit up but there was no picture or anything... WHAT IS GOING ON!! i can't do anything on it and finally switched phones because it doesn't function... i can't get in it to factory reset... SO DON'T SUGGEST THAT.
