Difference: Voice Search vs. Voice Com?

What is the difference between Voice Com and Voice Seach. I have both apps, and posted earlier about Voice Com which was not working well. But now it works well but Voice Search does not. Any thoughts?

what is voice com? did you download it from the market?

I think it was automatically on my phone, though I'm not 100% sure. I got my phone this weekend and was downloading apps like crazy.
