Unplug the charger from the wall socket to save energy?

The message came up and disappeared almost as quickly as it appeared so I am not sure... but I had it plugged into the power charger in my car and when I unplugged it I am pretty sure I saw that.

It does that on most phones nowadays but I think you can toggle it in settings.
