Dialing issue

I'm going someone knows of a fix, cuz this drives me nuts!

I have the Droid X (unrooted) with Gingerbread. When I had Froyo & a got an email with a phone number in it, I could long press the number & it would show up on the dialer so I could make the call.

Since having Gingerbread, I'll do the long press, but now the dialer shows up blank. So now I have to copy/paste the number into the dialer. A reboot doesn't fix this...any suggestions?

Alot of people have had this issue with GB. I don't know of a fix
