Desire ROM released

I wish they just ported flash and the sense ui into a Apk file if that is possible.

it already is my daily rom. i dont care about bluetooth and i just turn off mobile network with a widget when i dont need it. all my widgets work also. and its pretty quick. the homescreen reloading thing is annoying, but i love sense

If this was a beta release. and phone calls worked. while 3g is on. and the loading screen gone. this would DEFINITELY be my daily rom. but kinda sucky to me is that this is coming out around the same time as 2.1 but if 2.1 fails to come out before this comes out and works well. i will definitely use this all the time. i love the sense look.

I would tried it but I just flashed to Adamz rom 6.0.1 dont feel like redoing my droid again. I just wish they would port just flash over.

All this talk about flash... I know with the flash that is supposed to come out this year we will be able to play flash sites and games an all that fun stuff... but what can I do with flash lite that's in this ROM that I can't already do with Ultimate Droid 7.8?

Also, what Widgets do you get wig this that can't be installed from the market? I'm sure its awesome... just trying to see what makes it more special then others...

there are a ton of widgets. a bunch of nice looking clocks, weather widgets, good calendar, nice sms widget, nice toggles, sweet music widget, great bookmarks, nice contacts. they all look super nice too. really nice looking.

Sure this would be my everyday used rom if most of the kinks were worked out. I just need internet (3g) and phone to work at the same time. I love the widget from sense that's why I would change to ZeusDroid.

Nope. Nothing has Flash 10.1 right now.

I love the vanilla Droid, but I love what sense UI adds. Better widgets, more home screens and even the stock browser is fast. It's nice being able to finally play flash video. I flashed to this Rom yesterday and I like what I see so far. Once the 3g and loading issues are fixed this is something I'll stick with.

question: when bugs are worked out... when BT/Incoming Calls works...when widgets have full functionality, will this be your ROM for daily use? what else would you want to see before you decide to use this regularly?

I would probably use it if the incoming calls thing is worked out, and all those other bugs you mentioned. It looks nice and I'm a fan of Sense. But I can't deal with some of those bugs. Can't wait for the final 1.0 release though.
