Deodexing Please help!

My sister recently got a droid 2 and I wanted to apply a theme for her. I have gotten everything, but I can't seem to deodex the phone. Is there a zip file I could flash with the boot strap like I've seen for the droid x? I have no idea how to use adb commands.
