Delivery Reports Not Working Anymore

The past week or so my phone has not always been giving me a check mark next to texts that are received, even though they are going through. I have the delivery report box checked, and the first couple of times when I would turn my phone on and off it would help and they would work again. Now, nothing seems to work. I have reset it (not factory reset) and taken the sim card out. I have even tried checking and unchecking the box. Nothing works, and I am about to go crazy. PLEASE help me!

I went into system settings, apps, and found Text Messaging. I then cleared the data and the cache and it seems to be working fine. You should try that and see if it works for you too.
