Verizon AND SMS delivery reports. Do they work?

I checked the box for SMS delivery reports and I get nothing. Does anyone on Verizon have this working or did they block this too like many other features?

Only time I get an sms report from the stock app, is when I send to a phone on the Verizon network. But if I send group message, then it tells me if it was delivered, no matter the network. Odd I will say.
