Deleting the frequently dialed #'s

I have been trying to delete this list from my phone!! I have yet to find an answer to this issue. I am hoping by posting
Here I will be able to find a solution. It seems as every number I call is on that list.....

I don't think that those can be deleted. Only the recent calls can be deleted by doing a long press then choose remove from the list.
