Deleting messages from server

I have my e-mail account setup as IMAP on my Razr Maxx. When I delete messages from my inbox they do not get deleted on the server.
I had the exact same setup on my Thunderbolt and they were deleted from server. I is the same on my iPad.

Is there a setting I missed or some way to get it to delete them from the server when i delete them on my Razr inbox?
I'm using the stock e-mail app.

I just looked into this today. It would drive me nuts that I would open mail on a PC and see all the mail I deleted from my phone.

Here's how to make that adjustment:

From the Home Screen...
Hit the Settings Button
Tap Settings
Scroll to Accounts
Click on the E-mail Account in Question
Click on "Other Settings"
Click "Remove Manually Deleted Emails from the Server"
Click OK
Adjust any other accounts as necessary.

I have followed these instructions but the "Remove Manually Deleted Emails from the Server" will not stay checked! I have contacted Motorola and they first told me that this should get fixed when ICS came out. It did but it still does not work. It drives me crazy. My email account is with Comcast and any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
