I don't think doing it on your phone itself might work, but with the use of a card-reader and undelete/hdd recovery software on a computer (recovery using the USB connection to your phone will likely not work), you might be able to retrieve the deleted video. If you recorded a different video after you deleted it, it will most likely be gone forever.
