Deleted Emails and Computer recognition

How do I find my deleted emails? Also, how do I get my computer to recognize my Droid?

If you are using the stock app then open the app, tap folders and tap trash.

Connect your phone to your computer via the USB cable. Swipe the notification bar down and tap the line with the USB connect, tap mount. Your computer will open a new drive which is your phone. If you are using a Mac it will appear as unknown.

Thanks so much! I am technically challenged and got the Droid only because everyone said it is such a great phone. Sometimes I am ready to throw it out the window, but then I found this site. Maybe I will learn it from here!
