Deleted Apps Folder

I told my friend I use safestrap and it would be hard to mess up my phone. He took that to heart and deleted the system\apps folder, and now it's stuck booting up. How, if possible, can I put the apps folder back? Or do i have to wait until fastboot files come out? :angry:

How do I put this onto my phone? The only thing I can access is the recovery screen.

Stock recovery.

I don't know of any way to mount /system via stock recovery. Unless there's a trick I don't know of, you're looking at a brick.

Do you know how to access the phone through adb in recovery mode?

I can get the fastboot command in cmd to recognize the phone, but not adb. Can i do anything from fastboot?

Can you use adb from recovery? I didn't think that was possible.

Here's a guide for the Bionic. Just replace the part of the instructions with the Droid 4 specific files.
