Delete Downloaded apps LIST from market??

I've been google searching for twenty minutes.. I CAN'T FIND THIS ANYWHERE!! (also used forum search)

I want to DELETE the LIST of apps that always show up in the market downloads when you do a factory reset.. HOW do i do this???

OR better question.. obviously if you check the option during set up for "back up apps with google" or whatever it is.. it's going to keep that log.. BUT VZ does not have access to that do they?? They can not see a list of apps you've downloaded, correct??

They have to legally keep a list of all apps you have paid for, from the market, against your Google account. And since the code is already there, they keep the list of free apps as well.

Only if you show it to them. VZW isn't involved at all with the Android Market.
