Database of Stock Wallpapers/System Dumps?

That pretty much covers it. Where would one go to find some of those "signature" wallpapers that phones get advertised with? For example, the Droid Incredible's famous "Red Swirl" wallpaper, or the different Droid Eyes as NON-Live Wallpapers. I know that you can find them from system dumps sometimes, but where is a good place to find a majority of these wallpapers?
