data signal stays on when connected to wifi

When connected to wifi....my data signal stays on....never did before. ...any ideas

Since this was a replacement device the caller I'd function was causing the data signal to be on...I disabled it and now is fixed

That's what I had to do to mine. When we got the last update we got a trial for the caller ID, which kept mobile data on. Glad you found it!

Any idea of 4.3 any why att and t mobile users are getting update when it pwas pulled globally

I thought that was strange too, but who knows. VZW is slow to update, but I think they try to make sure the update works otherwise we ***** a few hundred fits, lol. I'd rather wait longer for a fully tested updated, but that's just me.

Got another a3 and the data signal is staying on and disabled the caller I'd so.... .. hmmm any suggestions

Try pulling the Battery foe 10 minutes. Let us know if that resolves your issue.
